Cricket is a team game hence leadership and team work are the 2 core principles which should be followed outside and on the ground. After keeping above principles in mind, a 4 days summit was organised by Cricket Association for Blind in Delhi (CABD) and Himalayan Adventure Institute, Mussoorie from April 14th 2022 to April 17th 2022. 18 members Including 14 women and 4 men learnt leadership qualities and team building through adventurous activities and games such as rappelling, wall climbing, river crossing / zipline and tent making etc. A friendly Cricket match was also organised between the teams of CABD and volunteers from Rudra Prayag, which was won by team CABD.
